By using our Site, placing an order, or creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

2. Products and Orders

• All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.
• Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual arrangements may vary slightly due to the seasonal nature of flowers.
• Prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (₱) and are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, with a full refund issued if payment has been made.

3. Delivery

• Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2PM within our delivery areas.
• Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
• If no one is available to receive the delivery, we will follow up with you to arrange re-delivery, which may incur an additional charge.

4. Freshness Guarantee and Returns

• We guarantee our flowers will be fresh upon delivery. If you are unsatisfied with the quality, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos.
• We will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion for verified quality issues.
• We do not accept returns of perishable items unless there is a quality issue.
• Order cancellations must be made at least 3 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund.

5. User Accounts and Reviews

• You may sign in using your Google account to leave reviews on our products.
• By submitting a review, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on our Site.
• Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experience. We reserve the right to remove reviews that are abusive, fraudulent, or violate these Terms.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our Site for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent orders or reviews
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our Site
